We have worked with Dawn buying two homes and selling another. From start to finish, her knowledge, responsiveness and negotiation skills are incredible. Beyond those great qualities, Dawn got to know us on a personal basis. That relationship led to a situation where Dawn could anticipate what we were looking for in a home and get a sense about new possibilities or other routes to consider. For example, Dawn suggested we may consider building a home as opposed to buying an already-constructed residence. To allow us to explore that possibility, Dawn reached out to several builders and arranged calls and other conversations so that we could explore that option in depth. While we ultimately decided not to go that route, my wife and I were very appreciative that Dawn enabled us to gather as much information as possible so that we would ultimately be happy and satisfied with our ultimate decision.
