A seasoned mortgage loan officer with over 20 years of experience, Rosemary Voshell is passionate about helping people save money and achieve their homeownership goals. Her mission is to listen to each client’s needs, provide them with expert advice and match them with the home financing solution that is right for them.
Rosemary is experienced in working with nearly every type of borrower, property and home loan. She assists clients who are purchasing new homes as well as those who are looking to lower their payments or get cash out by refinancing their current homes. The loan programs she can offer include conventional, government (FHA, VA and USDA) and jumbo programs, as well as niche and first-time homebuyer solutions, such as the Denver area metroDPA program.
Rosemary’s philosophy is to work hard and treat each client as she would treat her best friend. She truly cares about each of her clients and always acts in their best interests. She believes in educating her clients about their options, advising them through each step of the loan process and going the extra mile to eliminate stress along the way. Helping people realize their dreams is her favorite part of her job.
Over the course of her career, Rosemary has worked as a mortgage originator at multiple Denver area mortgage lending companies. This broad experience has equipped her to better serve her clients. In December of 2019, she joined Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp.
Born in California, Rosemary has lived in Colorado since she was a child. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and volunteering.
