Rick’s passion for real estate began back in 1976 when he bought his first book on "How to be a Real Estate Investor". From then on, he dabbled in real estate investments and fix & flips. In 2000 Rick realized that he enjoyed real estate well enough that he should pursue this as a career and in 2001 he received his license. In 2003 Rick ventured out and dedicated his full-time career to Real Estate and has never looked back since. Rick is now the Broker/Owner of Rhino Realty Pros, an independent residential real estate brokerage. He has helped hundreds of individuals to successfully buy and sell their homes in the Metro Denver area.
In forming Rhino Realty Pros, he did not want just an ordinary style real estate brokerage of average agents. Instead it was going to be one based on excelling in unmatched client services and by doing things their clients never expected but always deserved. Brokers on his team are very highly trained by Rick himself. His expertise lies mainly in Residential Real Estate and especially enjoys working with first-time buyers, move-up clients and investors. He comes from an extensive background in the restaurant industry, with construction on the side. With both industries being big on customer service, it was an easy transition to take his learnings from the restaurant industry into Real Estate.
