As a graduate of Texas Tech University, Brent Rice earned a BBA degree in Finance - Real Estate and has maintained a real estate license since 1988 while achieving various certifications including a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource, New Home Builder Specialist and a Certified Residential Listing Specialist.  He has also completed the cirriculum for the coveted CCIM designation among commercial real estate practitioners.  Brent has been known as a high achiever throughout his lifetime.

Brent Rice serves his community in many ways including volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, coaching various youth sports, acting as Board President for his Home Owners' Association and currently as Treasurer for the local high school baseball program.  He is also involved with his church and civic organizations.
