Rosa has had a passion for real estate for as long as she can remember. Her career in real estate started in 1989 with the buying and selling of her own personal real estate investment properties.
In 2005 she made the decision to make real estate her career and she left her position as Vice President for an international luxury travel company.
With laser focus to ensure her clients maximize their return, Rosa assists her clients in the purchase or sale of property, whether for their primary residence or for adding to their investment portfolio. Rosa is a certified negotiator and uses her mastery of the local market coupled with her exceptional negotiation skills to maximize transactions for her clients garnering her the honor of continued repeat and referral business.

Rosa lives in Pacific Beach with her family. She is active in the community currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New Americans Museum, is a Founding and current Board Member for the Latina Foundation, is a member of the Hispanic Real Estate Council, and is fluent in Spanish. Additionally she is one of the founding agents of the La Jolla COMPASS office.
