Rosa has had a passion for real estate ever since she purchased her first property. She began buying and selling her own investment properties in 1989 and by 2005 she transitioned full-time into real estate, leaving her role as Vice President of an international luxury travel company to pursue the work of helping people accumulate wealth through real estate. 

With a commitment to advocating for her clients at every step, Rosa guides buyers and sellers through transactions involving primary residences and investment properties. As a certified negotiator, she leverages deep market insight and strong negotiation skills to help clients maximize value—earning a long-standing reputation for repeat and referral business. She is a 6-time recipient of the 5-Star Real Estate Professional Award.

Rosa is one of the founding agents of the La Jolla COMPASS office. She lives in Pacific Beach with her family. She is an engaged community advocate, she also serves as ChairWoman of the Board of Directors for the New Americans Museum, is a Founding Board Member for the Latina Foundation, and a member of the Hispanic Real Estate Council. She is fluent in Spanish, a Real Estate Investor and a Certified Negotiator.
