Ms. Stambook has been awarded the Director's Award from CCDC in recognition of her contribution and commitment toward the advancement of downtown San Diego's redevelopment program. The purpose of the award was is to recognize individuals who have made a positive and outstanding impact on the redevelopment effort in downtown.

CCDC is a public, nonprofit corporation established in 1975 by the City of San Diego to plan and facilitate the process to redefine the 1,500 acre downtown area.
