• Stefanie helped us find the house of our dreams over a two year period from 2007-2009. She patiently answered our endless first-time home buyer’s questions and then supplied us with lots of helpful information and resources once we moved in. Since we were searching for a rather unique home and property, the number of homes we looked at reached into the 60’s, but Stefanie kept our spirits high until we found just the right house. During negotiations with the sellers, Stefanie was the total professional and spoke respectfully, but firmly, to each person she came in contact with in order to meet our goals. • Stefanie was a wonderful help to my husband and I in buying and selling our home.  Actually, several homes.  We first found Stefanie 2004 and she brought both professionalism and warmth to the process and guided us through the journey of selling our first house and finding another one to purchase.  In addition to being knowledgeable about the real estate process, Stefanie also has experience from the mortgage brokerage side of things which helped us enormously in navigating the financial and legal aspects of the process.  But more importantly to me, is not just how good at her job she is but the caring and honest person that Stefanie is.  Buying a home is stressful and Stefanie offered support and reassurance when things got difficult and eased the process with her willingness to listen and her understanding.

  We were so happy with our experience working with Stefanie that when we decided to sell our 2nd home and purchase a third we asked her to work with us again.  Only two years later we decided to move from the Portland area to Coos Bay and again asked Stefanie to help us sell our Portland house and buy a house in Coos Bay.  Not only did she help us arrange showings and negotiate sales long distance but she drove down to Coos Bay for our inspection, and found us a reliable inspector locally to help us out.

  We love Stefanie so much that she was an honored guest at our Wedding and we would reccomend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.  If we ever moved again we would not even consider working with anyone else…although Stefanie has told us we are not allowed to move again for at least five years!  Anyone looking for a relator with experience, integrity, and knowledge, need look no further than Stefanie!
