I would not have wanted to work with anyone else other than Margaret. She was with us through the entire house buying process, as well as was available to us to answer any questions we had. Margaret is as professional and personable as could be. As a first time home buyer she guided me throughout the process without any snags. Quick and responsive , she updated me anytime of the day with questions and news. This was my first home and had no idea of the process, Margaret kindly guided me every step of the way. She has many years of experience and knew relatively quickly what in a house I was looking for. She honestly reviewed houses with me and pointed out many flaws and upsides (mostly flaws) I hadn't considered. Once I had found the perfect home for me, she guided me step by step through the buying process. She also communicated well with local mortgage lenders, inspector, and lawyer that made the multi-disciplinary buying process seamless. It was so smooth and well communicated, I would reccomend Margaret to anyone. In retrospect I was blessed to be in such steady hands and would use her again in any future purchases.

 

As a first-time home buyer, my wife and I could not have asked for a better agent than Margaret. For example, when we first met Margaret she sat down with us and gave us a detailed step-by-step explanation of the home-buying process, including a breakdown of costs. By the time we started looking at houses, my wife and I felt much more confident and comfortable about what to expect thanks to Margaret taking that time during our first meeting. She gave us honest opinions on properties and was not afraid to tell us when she thought a house was or wasn't right for us. When looking at houses with her, we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. In between the house hunting, if we ever needed to reach her via phone, text, or email she was always available. No question or request was too small and she really went above and beyond in being there for us every step of the way. We felt that Margaret genuinely cared about finding the right house for our family - what more can you ask for than that in an agent? We will work with her again in the future without a doubt!

 

Margaret was absolutely fantastic. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had during the home buying process and always made herself available for showings. As a first-time homebuyer, I don’t know how we would have gotten through the process without Margaret! From day one, she made sure that we understood what to expect at each stage, connected us with reliable resources, and listened to what our needs were. My recent purchase of a co-op condo in Middletown, Ct. took longer than expected and had a few minor glitches, but Margret kept me calm and excited through out the entire process!
