David uses his broad and diverse educational background to provide a depth of knowledge and experience to his clients. As a licensed attorney with a graduate degree in business, David is able to leverage that
knowledge with his financial advisory experience to support his clients. His deep understanding of the legal and tax framework behind generational wealth transfers, long term care planning and the use
of trusts to protect assets gives David’s clients a resource that is not available with many advisors.
Each client’s situation is unique, and David builds a plan focused on the most important criteria to the client. He uses combinations of assets to seek a balance of protection, income and portfolio growth that blend together to give each client a working plan that helps promote financial confidence.


David has 15 years’ experience in investment services, specializing in trust and estate planning strategies as well as elder care.

David is a combat veteran who served in Afghanistan as an Infantry Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. He holds a law degree and a Master’s in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University.

David has served on the boards of several non-profits. He is also an altruistic kidney donor, successfully donating a kidney to a local school teacher in 2001. David received BA and MBA degrees from Quinnipiac University.

Credentialed as a registered investment adviser (RIA) or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Actively licensed as a RIA or as a principal of a registered investment adviser firm for a minimum of 5 years; 3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not; A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients.
