Megan's professional life started in the insurance industry with State Farm. Needs based client centered sales with excellent consumer relations drove her to become a top producer among her peers. Her strong work ethic and time management skills were evident as she simultaneously worked full time while earning Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degrees during her tenure with the company. After 10 years at State Farm duty called her back home when the family commercial real estate company needed restructured. Megan's grandfather taught her the value of hard work, respect, and loyalty from an early age. It was her honor to work for the company the entrepreneur had created from scratch.
As a third generation owner of a commercial real estate business Megan grew up in the rental business. Over 20 plus years she amassed vast experience in landlord tenant relations, the rental market, and the buying and selling of commercial property. The only constant in life is change and we must adapt with it. In 2014 her family decided to dissolve the company. Megan saw this as her opportunity to fulfill her passion for real estate on her own. The entrepreneurial spirit running through her veins led right to becoming a Realtor©.
Megan hit the ground running and has not looked back! Her straight forward demeanor paired a focus on client needs, top notch service, and love of the industry have once again driven her to become a top producer. She has exceeded all of her goals each and every year! She has been recognized by the Butler County Board of Realtors for sales, her collaborative peers being named FIVE STAR AGENT, and her real estate peers when elected as a Treasurer & President Elect of the Butler County Board of Realtors as well as Treasurer of the Board. Megan's clients are satisfied for sure with over 90% of her clients being a referral from a real estate client, State Farm client, or her family business.
Megan's life outside of real estate revolves around her family. She lives in the Butler area with her husband and children. Her time is spent as a chef, maid, taxi cab driver, landscaper, life coach, loving daughter, and adoring aunt of her nieces. She does her best to avoid emergency room visits and hostile situation negotiations, but with active little boys her avoidance techniques do fail at times (scars always lead to great stories and high insurance deductibles).
