Amesha Ledesma was hired as a Sales Manager for Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. in December 2017. She is proud to be associated with Homes for Heroes, Charity House and other non-profit organizations dedicated to helping homebuyers.
Amesha entered the mortgage industry on a bet. The NMLS license required for mortgage loan officers has a notoriously high failure rate and someone bet her that she couldn’t pass the exam on her first attempt. A month later she passed! Amesha has since used that same grit and determination to help borrowers of all economic backgrounds gain wealth through homeownership.
Amesha’s work philosophy is Relationships Matter and the Borrower Always Comes First! She specializes in mortgages; however, she does not think of herself as being in sales. It is instead her promise to help guide borrowers to the very best educated decision possible based on their wants, needs and future plans, while considering market conditions and loan products available.
