I was born in Minot, North Dakota, and moved to Central Florida with my family in 1962. My father bought an existing real estate office in South Orlando, and it was there I “cut my teeth” in the business. Licensed in 1971 and a broker since 1973, I have been active in the real estate business both personally and professionally since then.
I have earned my e-Pro designation, the Certified Residential Specialist designation, and the Certified New Home Specialist Designation and Accredited Buyers Representative and GRI. I have helped first time homebuyers, relocating homebuyers, and move-up and down-sizing homebuyers. My sellers have included homeowners moving across town and across oceans. I’ve worked with relocation companies, builders and investment groups.
I am beginning my twelfth year of service on the Ethics Committee of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. I have served on the Keller Williams Heritage Realty Agent Leadership Council since joining the office and was the chair of the Philanthropic Committee. I have also chaired the Family Holiday committee that provides Christmas for needy families.
