Melessa was our relocation realtor when we moved from NJ about 18 months ago. We came to Texas with our 12 and 9 year old children and had 3 days to house hunt. Melessa selected 11 homes that met our specifications to view on the first day. We looked at all 11 homes - any of which would have been a good fit. We then returned to the very first house we viewed and decided that we loved the house, the neighborhood, and the school district. By the time we left on day 3, we had made an offer, counteroffer, and finalized the paperwork to purchase the home (under asking price!). Anyone who can guide an out-of-town family with kids who were nervous about the move through the process that quickly and seamlessly deserves an amazing review! Last year, my family relocated to Texas. We visited Texas in October to look for home rentals. Prior to our arrival, we informed Melessa of our specifications for a home. When we arrived, she showed us a variety of homes in the area we were seeking. Within 48 hours, we were able to secure the home we wanted. As a result of her ability to meet our home needs so quickly, we had 8 days to enjoy Houston! Melessa is personable, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Very easy to work with.
