While working full time this mother of 2 children and now grandmother of 2 small grandsons, 1 grand-daughter and 3 step grand-daughters! obtained her BAAS from Texas State University Summa Cum Laude. Cher Breeden Moncrief Miculka has experienced the dramatic growth and dynamic changes in the real estate market firsthand in beautiful San Antonio and the surrounding areas. For the past 30 years San Antonio has been her home. For clients, knowing the past proves invaluable in projecting the future. Cher's professional experience includes new custom homes both as an Operations Manager and site sales counselor, residential real estate as a Broker-Realtor, Real Estate Instructor (local Board), insurance adjusting as a property and casualty licensed adjuster and home mortgage experience as a loan officer. Cher is a fulltime real estate Broker Owner of dba HSA Real Estate, LLC. Cher is a many time recipient of the prestigious 5 Star Real Estate Award as featured in the Texas Monthly Magazine. Cher has served on the Texas Association of Realtors Political Affairs committee in Austin. She has also been appointed to serve both present and in the past on the following committees: Realtor Builder Committee, Education committee, TREPAC, Governmental Affairs, past secretary, vice president and president IREP, current Chairman of Public Education (GA), Professional Development, Realtor Image, TAR Conference Task force, Communications Committee, Task Force for TRLP Alumni, Realtor Rally, chaiman of Public Education committee. Cher is a Graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program 2008. Cher has completed the Instructor Training Institute (ITI) from Texas Realtors University and TAR. She now works when needed as a real estate instructor with her local Board. She has been a member and past Ambassador/Captain of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, SOBA (Stone Oak Business Association) and Women's Council of Realtors. Designations include Accredited Buyer Representative and E-PRO, ALHS Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, CRS (certified residential specialist), LTG, GRI (graduate real estate institute) . She loves working with not only her clients but her team of Realtors and strives to hold educational training on a quarterly basis for the agents. Cher attends Community Bible Church serving as an active choir member. Her hobbies include hiking, painting (water colors) and spoiling her beautiful grandchildrens...Love being an Oma!!
