I first met Cher Miculka in 2010 when we were looking to buy a home in Cibolo, Texas. Cher actually sold my parents home several years ago. I know Cher through CBC choir so naturally asked her to list their home. She came by for a walk through and told us several things to do in order to stage the house which we did. My parents were in the process of moving to the Inn at Los Patios retirement community and we thought we would have several weeks to clean out the house. Cher listed it on the internet on a Sunday night and there was a potential buyer there on Monday morning.
