I was first introduced to the Real Estate Industry by taking classes pertaining to Mortgage Financing... My first activities were working with Pacifica South Mortgage 2004 -2006 actively helping people refinancing with ethical and moral guidelines. Following that my energies were directed in Residential Real Estate in North County San Diego, as a Listing Agent, And also as a Buyer's Agent. I aim at helping Sellers maximize the value in their home for their highest yield of return. For Buyers, I have been instrumental in negotiating difficult deals and simplifying the buying process, minimizing the roller coaster ride most go thru when dealing with Real Estate transactions.
