• We were thinking of putting our house up for sale in Portland and buying one in Lincoln City. Our neighbor suggested we called Gina. We first read her reviews and we both thought "she must have a big family that wrote reviews for her". Nobody can be THAT good. I am glad to tell you we were wrong, Gina is THAT good. We were dealing with another realtor in Lincoln City and there were so many problems. We called Gina numerous times to ask her questions because we trusted her so much. She was a lifesaver. We could never express to her how much all her help meant to us. She sold our house within one day. From that point on she kept us informed with everything. Knowing the problems we were having with the house we were buying she checked in with us to see how things were going and offering to help anyway she could. By the time the houses closed I never even worried about anything with our sale because we knew Gina had it all handled. It was so much of a relief to know we only had to worry about the one we were buying. She never said anything to us that didn't work out exactly the way she said it would. She was our guardian angel. We never had a house sale go as smoothly as this one did. Gina is amazing in all aspects of her job. She came over when we needed her to, she always, always answered our calls and never left us in the dark. She in not only an amazing realtor, she is an amazing person. Our puppies even loved her. Please don't hesitate to call Gina. She is honest, trustworthy, prompt and most importantly she follows up with you everytime. If she says I will look into that and call you back, she actually does. What an asset to ERA Freeman & Associates. We miss her but know she is there if we ever need her for anything. Thank you Gina!

• Gina is a fantastic agent and there aren't enough words to explain how helpful she was for us in this market. She's also just a great person! With homes selling so quickly in the price range we were looking lately, Gina was extremely responsive and able to set up same day viewings for homes the same day that they were listed. This in itself was amazing as I had a fairly busy schedule to work with. Being first time home buyers, we always had an abundance of questions that Gina would readily know the answer to.
