Dan and Pattie have built a thriving and successful business within the San Diego real estate community, earning multiple awards for their sales production, service and professionalism along the way.
As their business began to grow, they found it imperative to have their daughter, Taylor Barre, join them in 2012. Since then, they have consistently ranked in the top 1% Nationally. Their results speak for themselves, they are 10-time winners of San Diego Magazine's "Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents" award. The award is the result of a survey, in which buyers, subscribers and industry experts were asked to name their favorite real estate agents.
Pattie started her Real Estate career in 1989 as a new home Salesperson with several area builders before embarking on a 20-year career with San Diego’s own Pardee Homes. As Pardee Homes Broker of Record, she oversaw the development of some of San Diego’s most desirable zip codes, most notably Carmel Valley and Sabre Springs. In 2011, she joined Dan and begin her new career in re-sale Real Estate.
Dan was former Boston College & Buffalo Bill NFL Player with an entrepreneurial background and a love for helping others achieve their goals, Dan Conway embarked on a career in residential sales in 2004. Dan believes his success has been due to the determination and tenacity that made him an All-American running back at Boston College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Communications. Formerly a professional football player with the Buffalo Bills, until an eye injury forced a long hiatus, he ended up finishing his career in the USFL with the Boston Breakers.
Pattie, a lifetime resident of San Diego and Dan a resident since 1990 enjoy sharing their community knowledge to help their clients find the perfect home to fit their needs. They list traveling, vacationing in Rancho Mirage and Temecula wine country while enjoying their family and 3 grandchildren being their favorite pastimes when they aren’t busy helping their clients.
