Although I frequently use Yelp to check out reviews (that's how I found The Niles Team), I rarely take the time to write reviews myself. Ryan and his team are worthy of 10/5 stars in my opinion.

My husband and I started out our first-time home buying process with a USDA home loan in mind, and we tried to do our research. Fast forward a couple weeks, and our personal situation made it so that suddenly, with an offer already on the table, we weren't going to be able to go that route. Ryan took the time to try multiple scenarios until he found the one solution that not only worked for us, but ended up saving us some money in the long run. AND he recommended an insurance agent who saved us money too!

Stop reading and get ahold of Ryan and The Niles Team. Email, call...send a carrier pigeon if you have to! It'll be the best decision you'll make in this crazy housing market. Seriously.

Ryan was fantastic the whole process! everything was so fast and easy! From uploading initial documents, to the closure day. I was always informed and Ryan was answering all my questions and giving good knowledgable advices.

The software they use is really convenient to analyze the different home loan options and the amortization schedule. I liked to be in my smartphone analyzing numbers, graphs, for that important transaction.
