Being the best in her field is important to Gail. She obtained her ABR designation in 2005, giving her the knowledge and tools to provide stellar represention to her buyer clients. Achieving the SLS and SPS designations provided the know how to strategically list and price properties for sellers, ensuring their listings are structured to sell for the best price and in the shortest amount of days on market.
Professionalism is also very important to Gail. She served as Lincoln County Board of Realtors President in 2016, interim President and VP in 2015, and as chair of many committees within the board. She also served as a Director on the NC Association of Realtors in 2015 and 2016.
Being active in her community is also important to Gail. She has participated with Lincoln County Habitat for Humanity for several years, and is very involved in her church. Gail was awarded the James A Jennings Community Spirit Award in 2017 for her community involvement.
Last, but certainly not least, Gail received recognition as the Top Listing Associate in 2014, 2017 and 2018 for Lake Norman Realty's Denver office.
