Real estate in the Greater Seattle area is ever changing. After years of double digit appreciation we are now seeing a balancing out with lower appreciation rates year-over-year. In most neighborhoods it's still a Seller's Market with less than 3 months of inventory, but buyers are enjoying more choice, more time and continued low interest rates.
