She graduated magna cum laude with a Business degree from Metropolitan State College and is a consecutive “FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent” award winner for 2010-2019, as named by Denver’s 5280 Magazine and bestowed to fewer than 7% of Denver-area Realtors each year. Even rarer, of the roughly 28,000 licensed Realtors currently in Denver, only 123 have won the award all ten years it's been offered. Nancy also possesses the “Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist” (CLHMS), “Certified Residential Specialist” (CRS), "Certified Negotiation Expert" (CNE) designations, and a "Certified Market Expert" (CME), thus placing her in an elite group of Realtors across the country. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and is a consecutive DMAR Roundtable of Excellence Award winner.
