PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Monica Dalton

My real estate aspirations began at an early age, living in a coastal suburb of Los Angeles. I loved visiting open houses with my Dad, and exploring new construction homes being built in my hometown.
I’ve been a full-time realtor since 2000. Early on, my focus was concentrated in Chicago, learning the ropes under a top producing real estate expert. I focused on rehab condo sales and exploring housing options for my clients, negotiating the best deals for their needs.
In 2004, my husband and I moved our family to Oak Park. We chose this urban suburb because of its proximity to Chicago, great schools, and diverse community.
In 2007, I was chosen to market and sell Soho, a new construction condo and townhome development in Oak Park. Collaborating and implementing a marketing plan with our sales team, builders and architect was a great learning experience.
My husband and I are proud parents of three children, all students in Oak Park schools. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering for community organizations such as Sarah’s Inn, Housing Forward, Opportunity Knocks and Snow City Arts.
I’m committed to exceeding clients’ expectations and taking on their home selling and buying goals as if they are my own. Experiencing the joy of buying a new home or satisfaction of selling one of your largest investments at a fair price drives my love for my work.
