I was born in Philadelphia and raised in Norristown and Collegeville. I currently live in Limerick Township with my family. I graduated in 1992 from the Spring-Ford Area School District and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University in 1996. Throughout high school and college, I worked soley in the restaurant business so that seemed like a natural career choice for me. After 5 years of management and working those crazy restaurant hours with no quality of life, I left that part of my life behind and searched for many years for a new career that would be a perfect fit. I finally found it in Real Estate!
Since embarking on my Real Estate career in December of 2008, I have worked with hundreds of wonderful clients and have achieved multiple sales and service awards. After just 2 years in the business, I was appointed to the Relocation Team as a Certified Relocation Specialist. I have also been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by my clients in Philadelphia Magazine for 2012 - 2019. In 2015, I was honored to be named the Director of Sales of the Collegeville office of Coldwell Banker Hearthside.
My sold listings have an average of 36 days on the market and sellers have attained an average of 98.5% of their original asking price. I have worked with clients all over Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Berks and Philadelphia Counties and look forward to helping you with all of your Real Estate needs!!!
