About Me
Flowers Power Realty is a full time Real Estate service. I am happiest when I am helping others. Helping a first time home buyer find their new happy home, or providing guidance to a home owner in distress. I provide caring, diligent, and a high work ethic for all my clients. My goal is to leave a positive “footprint” in my client’s heart and mind.
I have specialized in Short Sales & helping home owners in distress for almost 15 years. In today's current market, my knowledge has helped many homeowners postpone foreclosure dates, and avoid foreclosure. I work with Realtors, Title companies and lenders, attorney's providing Short Sale and transaction management and negotiation. I also work Probate, helping clients in a very stressful time.
I can also help with the "Mature" home buyer seeking to down size, or find that right "adult living" community. I am professional, competent, direct and to the point, and honest.
A member of the local MLS, Denver Metro area, also PPAR which is Colorado Springs area, and IRES which is the northern area. I am able to search areas from Loveland to Colorado Springs to find your new home or sell it. I am willing to travel to accommodate my client’s needs, knowing their happiness may not be just around the corner.
