Karen was born in Pennsylvania and moved to the Greater Jacksonville, Florida area in 1981. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1989. Karen began her career working for a real estate developer for 22 years and later received her brokers license and joined with her father-in-law, Sam Folds, to pursue a career in residential real estate.
The process of helping people achieve their dreams is her passion! She is compassionate and eager to work on your behalf to make that a reality. Karen goes the extra mile to fufill her customer's needs. She is a dot every "I" and cross every "T" kind of person.
Having built her own home, Karen knows the value that goes into home ownership. She has the ability to see the potential in every home and is very design driven. Karen is skillful in staging and marketing your home to sell as well as helping buyers to see the potential.
