Kelly Lawson
Montgomery County became my home in 1990 when I married my husband and we moved here to call it home! I came to my life as a real estate agent in 2010 by way of photography, publishing, and project management. Family and home have always been an important part of our lives and it is that place of warmth, safety, and joy that I wish to help others find for themselves. Growing up in Spring, going to college, and Huntsville and spending 19 years working for Houston Community Newspapers I not only know this area as home, but I KNOW these areas. Using my photography, IT, project management, customer service skills along with my marketing & social media expertise I have been able to successfully guide and assist friends and neighbors buy and sell the property to help them achieve their dreams.
One of the most valuable lessons I learned early in my adult life was that communication is key within all relationships. With clear, open, timely, and honest communication most, if not all things are possible. Providing information about a home and area is not just my job, it is my responsibility that I take very seriously.
Using all my past tools and skills to buy and/or purchase undeveloped land, subdivision lots, single-family homes, condos, townhouses, vacation properties as well as find and lease rentals. I have continued my real estate education so that I am trained and informed with commercial properties, appraisals, current real estate marketing, and all aspects of negotiations.
It is a joy for me to serve and provide resources to help others find their own unique path in their real estate journey. I pride myself in not having customers, I have clients in which I build relationships. It’s not just a tag line, I really will get you HOME!
