What is my history?
I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Communication Disorders, Speech Science and Psychology. After graduating, my concentration throughout the past 17 years has been in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, all of which require my strong communication, business and negotiating skills.
I joined Keller Williams in 2006 where I focus my business in residential real estate. I possess the important characteristics required to guide Clients to a successful closing of a real estate contract, whether on the buying or selling side. My keen attention to detail and desire to maintain continuing education in the ever-changing real estate industry has contributed to my successful growing real estate business.
To serve my Clients better in pursuing real estate opportunities, I earned the "Graduate REALTOR® Institute” (GRI) designation by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. With this designation and through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues, I can better serve prospective clients and customers.
