Mirtha was tapped by several builders to sell in 2013, including Bourre Construction Group, Inland Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Emerald Homes and La Fontana at The Residences. She currently serves as Listing Agent for Inland Homes, Listing Agent for La Fontana at the Residences and Listing Agent for Emerald Homes in King & Bear. Mirtha was also responsible for selling several lots to Standard Pacific in 2013 for the final build-out of the GroveWood neighborhood in the King & Bear.
Mirtha’s community involvement includes sponsorship and event support for Davidson Realty’s Davidson Cares. Mirtha is an active ROTC parent at Nease High School and she also lends supports for Nease’s Marching Band. In the workplace, Mirtha is an energetic, positive team player who participates in Davidson Realty’s mentoring program to help other agents achieve success in real estate.
