Gina is highly professional and resourceful, with a complete complement of additional professionals like handy-persons, pest control, inspectors, escrow companies - all of whom I used to get my house in showing-shape and through escrow. Moreover, Gina herself rolled up her sleeves on more than one occasion to get the house prepped. She was knowledgeable, level-headed, thorough and on the ball throughout negotiations, and stuck with our target sell price despite pressure from the buyers, whom she also represented. When various unexpected challenges arose, Gina was eager to resolve them and handled them (and me and the buyers) calmly and creatively. Gina was our agent for both buying our new home and selling the old one. She worked tirelessly with us throughout the long process of finding the perfect home. She must have taken us to look at fifty or so homes for sale, throughout a large portion of North County. It felt like Gina was always available to help us, and always knew the important details about the area we looked at- schools, shopping and other amenities, HOA fees and what you got for them. She was also ready and able to fight for us when necessary, whether it be with other agents, the home warranty provider... you name it!
Moving is always difficult, but Gina took care of anything she could to make things easier for us. I don't know what we would have done without her!

I found Gina by calling a listing and we instantly clicked via phone.  My family and I were making the move from Los Angeles down to Carlsbad and Gina was instrumental in helping us find the community that we ultimately decided to purchase a house.  The neighborhood wasn't even on my radar until Gina suggested it.  She is a long-time native and very knowledgable of the North County area.  What I appreciated most was how comfortable we felt with her.  We never felt pressured to look at properties outside of our price range and she was never opinionated about any of the properties that we viewed.  Instead, she let us come to our own conclusions before offering suggestions.  She also has good instincts with regards to offer pricing and reads the fine print of contract language to ensure that you are making an educated decision.  Her response time is CRAZY fast, especially when going through the offer/counter offer process, which is key.  She even offered to take calls and turn around contracts while she was on vacation (on a boat).  Cannot recommend highly enough.

Gina knows everything about North County properties - from Del Mar to Carlsbad, and drove my sister & I around each neighborhood. I am new to the area, looking for a townhome. 
She was able to show us a variety of places, more than I expected, and pointed out potential places as well. I came away with a much better understanding of my choices. Thanks to her, I am definitely moving here, with her help.
She is easy to talk to and I trust her to negotiate the best price for me. I would recommend her highly to anyone, and look forward to finding my new townhomes.

My boyfriend and I relocated here from the east coast and were lucky enough to be directed to Gina. She was the third realtor my boyfriend found due to the first two not being up to par.
First let me tell you how difficult it is to be relocated, move coast to coast & sell your home while looking for another. Not to mention we needed a rental in the meantime.
From the first moment I met Gina, I felt like a weight was taken off our shoulders.
Not only did Gina find us exactly what we wanted BUT she found us a rental and negotiated on our behalf. She always had our best interest in mind.
