Charles is a 2014-2015-2016-2017 Five Star Professional Realtor Award Winner, 2013-2014-2015 Top Producer in Units Sold at Keller Williams Realty N Collin County, and a 2015 KW International Triple Gold Winner for production. For 2016, Charles ranked 1st in the Mckinney market center for the Individual catagory sales award.
Charles is an experienced real estate investor with multiple properties, long and short term rental and is a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) expert. Charles has built a team of specialists who have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Charles is very experienced in helping first time home buyers with their new home purchase. The team focuses on Collin County but has helped buyers and sellers throughout the metroplex in Dallas, Fannin, Grayson and Denton county as well.
Charles’ background is in sales and business ownership and development. Having been in sales since age 18, he has developed strong negotiation skills that help his clients when buying or selling a home.
He is happily married with four children and attends church locally at Christ Fellowship of McKinney where he also serves on the worship team.
