Joseph Waters graduate from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He became a licensed CT Real Estate Salesperson in 2007 and later obtained his CT Real Estate Broker's license in 2011. Being a full-time Realtor, Joe has the knowledge and expertise to successfully guide you through the home buying and/or home selling experience. He has the experience working with first time homebuyers, seller's looking to relocate and investors.  Joe received his Accredited Buyer Representation Designation (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) to better assist his clients with their real estate needs.

Joe grew up in Prospect and is a member of Prospect Men's Basketball League. He enjoys playing sports, assisting and supporting his nieces and nephews with their activities, and reading books about real estate, finance and motivation.
