Native to Sacramento, I have lived and worked in the Greater Sacramento Area my entire life. I have a large network of clients, family, friends, Realtors, and business associates that I market my listings to in order to make sure my listings get a great deal of exposure. I also work very closely with great lenders, title, and escrow people who are all available to make sure your transaction goes smoothly
I have been a member of the local, state and national boards of Realtors since 2002. I am not the easiest person in the world to work with. I was pretty opinionated when it came to the pictures and content on the MLS. Some people can be offended when you try to offer them opinions on how to do something that they have been doing for years. Trisha was more than willing to accept my input and use some of my suggestions while providing me with feedback and suggestions that were helpful and informative to me. Not only did our home sell in 6 days, we set a record per square foot in our neighborhood.
