About Ryan
Ryan, founder of The Niles Team, has spent years perfecting and studying the team's process and is committed to ensuring a red carpet experience for his clients and a streamlined, worry-free transaction for referral partners. Extremely motivated, disciplined and compassionate, Ryan is a consistent Top Producer and member of Cornerstone Home Lending's President's Club for being among the highest sales achievers at the company. Ryan and his team have helped hundreds of families obtain mortgage financing, and his favorite part of his job is helping homeowners find the right loan for their individual needs, and introducing them to the unique benefits of homeownership.
Ryan consistently teaches complimentary homebuyer classes to the public on weekends and specializes in down payment assistance and tax incentive programs for first-time homebuyers. His dedication has helped him earn several awards including the Seattle Magazine Five Star Professional Award for the last four years.
Prior to becoming a home-lending specialist, Ryan attended the University of Washington, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. A Northwest native, Ryan stays active in his spare time. He enjoys working out, running in half marathons, hiking, playing basketball, snow skiing and traveling the world when time outside of the office allows it. Ryan is very much in love with his family. He respects his parents more than anybody, is crazy about his two sisters and enjoys every moment with his beautiful fiance' and closest friends. Ryan is an avid fan of UW Husky football and basketball and has a hard time saying no to good coffee, an outstanding Cab, and a quick weekend getaway.
