Carol joined Key Realty in February 2017 and was formerly an agent with ReMax Affiliates in Dublin. She has been practicing real estate for about 16 years and holds licenses in both NC and Ohio. She also has special designations in Home Staging (ASP®) and is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®).
Carol has done a great deal of work on behalf of senior clients. She has published several articles on Senior Downsizing and Transitioning, and has appeared numerous times on local TV on the subject of senior housing matters. She is called upon frequently to speak on behalf of senior housing issues.
Carol relocated to Columbus in July 2011 to be near her son and three grandchildren. As a seasoned Realtor from North Carolina, she had to start all over again by attending Hondros College to obtain her Ohio State real estate credentials. She was able to build her business without knowing a single person in the Columbus area or even the geographical area she was about to serve. Carol earned the prestigious Million Dollar Award in 2013 is on the path to earn her $5,000,000 sales award certificate from Columbus Realtors later this year. She is uniquely positioned to help new Key agents, who are recent graduates, understand how to begin their careers and grow a business in real estate.
Carol is a Rotarian in the Worthington/Dublin Chapter, is a Charter Member of the Apex Chapter of AmSpirit and was a former President of the Southern Delaware County Realty Association.
Carol is the mother of two sons Brian an attorney in Seattle and Darren a physician in Dublin. She is also the proud Grandmother of Austin (now serving in the US Coast Guard), Caeden and McKenny who are attending Grizzell Middle School.
