I have been working in the real estate industry for 15 years. I specialize in negotiations for buyers and sellers. I am a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and hold a GRI, SRES and SFR designations as well. I am also a Certified Military Housing Specialist. Being a native of Colorado I understand the real estate market here as well as know the neighborhoods through out town. I have been awarded the 5280 Five Star Agent Award for 6 years in a row. Additionally, I received a Silver award from the Denver Realtor's Association in 2013 for production and a Gold Award in 2014 & 2015.
