How can I deliver & how am I different? I believe real estate is hyper-local, and every market unique - just like your path in life. My goal is learn your unique situation & lifestyle passions, and then apply relevant insights to deliver custom solutions that fit your desired lifestyle. Lake Conroe is my home, and I love to explore the neighborhoods in my own backyard & seek friends and adventure in the communities around me, which provides me with an enhanced market advantage & understanding. What sets me apart is how I measure success. From the moment you decide to start the search, to the moment you take the keys - my focus is your total client experience. Success for me is knowing that my clients have been so happy with my service, that they share their experience with friends & family. Having built my business mostly by referral over the last 10 years, I spend very little time marketing myself and therefore have more time to delight clients with outstanding, personalized service.
I've learned Buyers want someone who will dig deep and lift up all the rocks to find their ideal property, will hustle to arrange showings quickly, is skilled in research & negotiation and cares enough to find you a place you love...and definitely not pressure you when it's not quite right.
For Sellers, I know they want someone who will really focus on their property, not juggle a massive inventory. They want & deserve an agent who will spend money up front for professional photography & quality marketing, who isn't afraid of technology - and will embrace social media platforms for maximum exposure. And, most importantly - will be up front & honest about pricing, condition & what it's going to take to sell your house, not just tell you what you want to hear to "win" the listing & put a sign in your yard.
While my experience and expertise allow me to bring value to each client, none of that would matter if I didn't anchor my efforts to my core values.
