•         I WILL Never be too busy to listen to your needs or to listen to you.  I will be present in all conversations and meetings.  I understand that you need me to be available to meet your needs on your time schedule.  If one of my clients contacts me and I am not available, I have a promise of a 3 hour return call or text.  If you have not heard from my in 3 hours – then I am lost – please send a search party.

•         I WILL communicate with you in the manner in which YOU wish - text, phone, email or in person. 

•         I WILL care for your investment or potential investment as if it was my own.  I will negotiate for you and your needs.  I will protect your interest and be a watchdog of your assets.

•         I WILL be a creative problem solver.  I will provide ethical representation and when waves start to rise, when the ride becomes bumpy we will work together to find solutions.

•         I WILL find a solution or an answer when we run across bumps and I will NEVER over state my abilities or embellish about what I know or don’t know.  Issues will arise that are not routine; this is way I work with a Realty Firm that is strong and diverse while maintaining relationships with various other vendors and advisors – we will find a way.

•         I WILL continue to remain current on the latest trends, marketing strategies and legal information.  Remaining current, informed and in touch is vital to our success.

•         I WILL be professional as it is a necessity to our success. REAL ESTATE is a business and I will conduct myself as such when dealing with you and other agents, bank officers and all parties involved in the transaction.

•         I WILL treat you like a person and we will have a relationship, the real property is the transaction we will work on together.

•         I WILL learn and meet your expectations (striving to exceed them).  Upfront and from the beginning I will make sure you know my expectations of you and what we will need to complete together to accomplish your requirements.

•         I WILL stay off the stage – I promise no drama.  I believe in treating all parties respectfully while working towards a happy conclusion. Emotions can run high at times, it’s my job to leave my emotions in a box so that we can view any situation logically and work towards a professional outcome.

•         I WILL be honest and strive to always do the right thing.  I believe that we all know the right thing to do in all situation - It is a gift from God to be able to discern the right path.  By law I am required to be honest, ethical and forthcoming. By spirit I am happy to do so. 

•         I AM NOT perfect, I do and could make mistakes, as humans we know it happens.  I promise to own up to them and work to correct.
