I'm Teri Kinart Cardo.  Waukesha County resident for over 45 years!

I'm passionate about my job as a Realtor.  I couldn't think of a better career fit for me.  I’ve been helping folks since 2002, so I have earned the title "Experienced."   I especially love helping to guide first time homebuyers, helping them find their dream home, maintaining it, and enjoy the feeling of "pride of ownership!"  I also enjoy helping you downsize, find a new "nest" or helping you add to your income property portfolio. I feel my creativity and negotiating skills are what have helped me to be successful.  I spend alot of time upgrading my tech skills to stay current in this fast changing business!!

At home, I love cooking for everyone, singing, (No one says you have to be good, right?) dancing ....just loving life.  It's so short - make the most of it!  I love to spend time in my new vegetable garden, flower gardening, reading, movies, crocheting, traveling, and just hanging out with my kids, grandkids, and new husband!
