Joseph Newman, a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, has joined RE/MAX of Cherry Creek as a Broker Associate. Newman is now serving the diverse real estate needs of home buyers and sellers throughout the metro Denver area, including Boulder, Golden Aurora and Centennial. Prior to pursuing a career in the real estate industry, he was part owner of the Interstate Kitchen & Bar and was a freelance graphic designer for 15 years.

Newman, a Colorado native, earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has garnered numerous awards and recognition from various businesses, agencies, and other entities over the years, including the Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado State Patrol, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (he is fluent in Spanish), St. Jude Children's Hospital, and the Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association. Newman also won first place in the Small World Cup Skiing Championship when he was six years old.
Newman is an active supporter of numerous charitable organizations and community endeavors throughout the metro area, including St. Jude Children's Hospital, Maxfund, KBCO communities, the Denver Rescue Mission, Denver Humane Society, and East High School, among others.
Newman enjoys hosting dinner parties, outdoor get-togethers, and simply connecting with people through hospitality. An avid sportsman, he enjoys snowboarding, camping, soccer and more. Newman also enjoys traveling and the different cultures he has encountered in more than 13 countries on three continents.
