Joe Edwards has been a licensed Realtor for 24 years; with a vast majority of his business originating from past clients and referrals.  Joe’s unique philosophy stands above most Realtors; saying “it is far more important to spend time building relationships with clients than spending time to promote one’s self.”  The basis of why you will never see Joe’s face on a park bench, bus or billboard.  He firmly believes that service is “life-long,” not “transaction-long.”  He strives for his clients to feel comfortable contacting him anytime for advice, contractor recommendations or just to chat.  His care for his clients is how he has maintained 5 star reviews with clients and other Realtors throughout his Real Estate career.

Real Estate is not just a career for Joe, it’s in his blood.  He has personally witnessed Portland transform from a city the average person could not locate on a map to a city with ?its own identity and culture.  In fact, Joe’s family was the largest home builder in Portland from the 60’s through the mid-80’s.  The Edwards developed some of the most sought-after and prestigious neighborhoods in Portland Metro area.  Examples of neighborhoods bearing the Edwards’ name include Rock Creek and Terra Linda in NW Portland, Sorrento Ridge and Hyland Hills in SW Beaverton, The Edwards Meadows in Hillsboro and Hidden Springs Ranch in West Linn – to name a few.  

Joe is an Oregonian through and through.  Joe has lived in Oregon his entire life (with the exception of experiencing Japanese culture for a few years after college).  Joe graduated from the University of Oregon in 1992 and views himself as a lifelong student with goal of bettering himself as well as those around him.

Liz Edwards, a mom, wife and grandma. Liz has been a realtor serving her clients’ needs for 27 years in the Portland area. Due to her vast experience with many Real Estate market changes, she has built a long-lasting trust in her clients that keeps them coming back and referring their family members and friends for years.

Liz’s understanding of her clients has created a trust that other Realtors can only dream to possess. On several occasions Liz's clients have asked Liz to find homes for them and make an offer without first viewing the house themselves because she seems to know exactly what they like. In fact, some of her clients first saw their new home when they moved in! If that's not trust, what is?
She treats her clients as if they were family members, giving her a tenacity that shows up in Real Estate and in all other aspects of her life.

In her free time, you can find Liz spending time riding her horse, Will. Her love for horses has been in her heart for nearly 40 years; introduced to her by her father at a young age. Liz also has a wonderful husband and business partner, Joe
