I average 50+ hours/year of continuing education in order to stay on top of the ever changing laws and statistics of real estate, most of that time being spent with experts in negotiating so as to always be ready to earn the very most for you in the shortest amount of time!  

CSHP (Certified Senior Housing Professional): specializing in helping Seniors downsize into their next chapter of life, whether off of acreage, to zero-entry housing, assisted care communities or ???
