By representing Sellers and Buyers throughout the diverse neighborhoods of the "Eastside," I have helped my clients from Ballard and Queen Anne to Mercer Island and further West to the Columbia River.  As far South as Maple Valley and as far North as Maltby.

Most of my clientelle are located in the Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah and Sammamish neighborhoods. 

Due to my strong representation and personal relationships with my clients, I have had the pleasure of helping multiple clients purchase income producing property around the area and vacation property.  Knowing the diversity of our area from Ocean Front property on the Coast, to Island property in the San Juans and Snoqualmie Pass mountain cabins all the way to the Columbia River communities of Crescent Bar, Sunland and Lake Chelan.
