I don't know how I would have managed without Kip!! Trying to deal with my father's death and all that entails, moving my mother in with my family and putting the majority of their belongings into storage while preparing their house for sale is beyond difficult. Kip to the rescue!!! She managed all things house-related. She knew what work needed to be done, contractors to call for that work, and keeping everyone on schedule.
