Janet Krauss has been selling residential real estate since 1987. As an Associate Broker-Realtor and instructor, she consistently ranks at the top of her profession. For the past 16 years, Philadelphia Community Development Centers have routinely partnered with Janet through their First Time Home Buyer workshops, where Janet's knowledge and skills have consistently provided the keys to successful home-ownership resources for community members. With a keen passion for supporting others' investment in real estate, Janet starts advocating for her clients' interests prior to entering into any contract by staying informed of grants and community programs.
