Appreciate your honesty and straight forwardness
 
The first home I found with you I was a newbie and you made it easy. I had found the home on my own, but as opposed to just calling up the seller, you made sure I knew what the market held and took me to several other properties first. After touring them, I then knew the first one was definitely the right choice. I don”t think many other realtors would have done the same. I also appreciate your honesty and straight forwardness. You were my rock throughout all of our transactions, whether representing me as a buyer or seller. Your negotiations skills convinced the seller to help with the radon system to ease my comfort level of sleeping in the basement that he had just refinished. I also really appreciated your willingness to be there with me during the inspections and help translate what he was saying. You are just so patient and willing to drive all over Denver to find the right house. Having you as my realtor honestly makes the buying/selling process fun.

Coupar went out of his way
 
The previous 4 realtors I had experience with in New York didn”t add any value to my home buying/selling experience. There are so many resources available to buyers these days, I wasn”t sure I”d even need a realtor when moving to Colorado. But Coupar went out of his way to make himself available to me by text, phone and email at any hour of the day. He also provided transportation for me during the day to go see multiple listings. (This was great since I take the light rail to work.) Even after the contract was signed, he was attentive to all the questions I had. Coupar has great knowledge about the legal process of buying/selling a house. It”s always a good idea to hire a lawyer if you don”t like reading the fine print in contracts, but I didn”t feel I needed one. Coupar is trustworthy and hard working. That”s worth a recommendation in my book.

We ended up buying a great house
 
In general the thought is realtors are pushy and only after the sale. We found our experience quite the opposite. In working with Coupar we were given insight into the neighborhoods we were looking at as well as adjacent neighborhoods. Because of this we ended up buying a great house in a neighborhood we were not initially looking at. We also felt Coupar was helpful in understanding the costs that we would incur if we wanted to redo portions of the house (kitchen, bathroom, basement). This was extremely helpful as first time home buyers and not knowing how much everything cost (home + renovations). Coupar did a great job of screening the properties and figuring out the pros and cons to each location before we even looked at the property. Once we made an offer he coached us along the process, and made sure we understood our options. I have mentioned my experience and given out contact information to friends.
