For first time home buyers, I understand the uncertainty that lies in many, so I urge you to ask questions and will assist you to get a tight grip on the process of buying. For those of you selling, that have been down the road before, I can offer you a different perspective on Real Estate that might just be the key to selling fast!
What I'd really like all of you to know, both buyers and sellers, is about my background in the real estate industry. Not many can say this, but I have successfully operated in multiple roles in the industry. I have years of loan origination, lending and market analysis and experience with major corporations such as Chase and Merrill Lynch under my belt. I'm very thankful for every role I played, and believe this combination of history and knowledge has put me in the perfect place to be your Realtor.
I understand the markets and can attest that my knowledge gathered in the past years gives me an edge when negotiating on a buyers behalf.
