A lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, Karyn earned a bachelor of science degree from Monmouth University in Business Administration/Marketing. She has also earned the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and e-PRO® certifications through the National Association of REALTORS®, the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.
In 2021 Karyn received the prestigious NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award at the Platinum level, and in 2020 and 2019 achieved the Silver award level. She was recognized by RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best as being among the top 1.5% of 1.6 million real estate professionals throughout the United States based on 2021 sales data.
Karyn strongly believes in community service and volunteerism and is active in many organizations. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Monmouth University, President of the Board of Directors of the Monmouth University Alumni Association, a member of the Point Pleasant Beach Rotary, and a member of Brick UNICO. She also served for four years as an elected member of the Brick Township Board of Education.
In addition to her community service, Karyn is a member of the Monmouth/Ocean Board of REALTORS®, serving on the Education Committee, Public Relations Committee, and Associates Committee. She also serves on the Public Relations and Marketing Committee of New Jersey REALTORS®.
