My husband and I purchased our first home with her and then when we were ready to sell that home we worked with her again. We were out-of-state buyers who had a compressed timeline, specific commuting needs, and a fairly strict budget. After investigating a number of agents online, we met Perri at an open house and hit it off right away. She was familiar with the area we were moving from, and talking through our options with her made it clear that Perri would be a great agent to help us find and transition to our ideal Maplewood/South Orange home. She was incredibly patient with us as we learned about the local housing stock, and helped us manage our limited time when we were able to travel up for a day or two at a time, planning carefully to maximize the number of homes we could see and providing great advice about how to trim our list to manageable levels. When we thought we had our dream house, Perri's recommendations for inspectors and a real estate lawyer proved beyond valuable; these wonderful individuals guided us through a number of challenges after substantive issues with the first house required that we look anew. With an even more constrained timeline at a time of year where there was limited housing stock available, Perri planned an extensive day trip so that we could see some other parts of the surrounding area, and dropped everything one day when we asked to see more houses. When a home we loved became available, she shepherded us through yet again, and we were able to outbid other buyers in a competitive market without breaking our budget. Perri was firm yet reassuring, and offered clear, cogent advice about what she thought would be a viable strategy for success. We couldn't be more appreciative of Perri's efforts on our behalf, and we highly recommend her as an agent.
