Susan earned her Bachelor Degree at The University of Michigan - Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Mi., worked for the Revlon Corporation’s Independent Drug Division in Boston as Regional Sales Manager of New England and later transferred to Chicago to manage the Midwest Region.
After earning her MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management and becoming NASD licensed, Susan worked for Stephen Ross at The Related Companies, a large New York City development, property management and investment corporation. Susan opened the Chicago office and wholesaled financial securities to Prudential and E. F. Hutton, among other national and regional stock brokerage firms. She subsequently served as Vice President of The Related Companies and earned several industry awards including Wholesaler of the Year.
Before practicing real estate in Florida, Susan was invited to her alma mater, Keller Graduate School of Management, to teach as an adjunct instructor. She shared her professional corporate experience with MBA students through Marketing Management classes. Susan received outstanding evaluations by her students and the Faculty Review Board.

Licensed since 1990, Susan has successfully represented clients in the purchase and sale of investment properties, primary residences and second or third vacation homes. Likewise, she has located, negotiated and contracted for vacant land, retail, office and warehouse space for the businesses of her relocating clients.
